Cooking Donuts

Donuts or donuts with milk
Ingredients for 4 servings
eggs, 1 pc.
milk 120 ml
sugar, 4 tbsp. liter.
vegetable oil 4 tbsp. liter.
flour, 2 tbsp.
salt, 1 pinch
INSTRUCTIONS
Whisk the egg slightly, add sugar, salt and vegetable oil and mix.
In the resulting mass to enter the milk and then the sifted flour, knead quite thick but elastic dough.
Cover the bowl of dough and let it stand for about 30 minutes.
Roll out the dough to a thickness of about 5 mm, and then cut out the circles mug. Make a hole in the middle with the glasses.
The articles produced fry in vegetable oil on both sides.
Ready donuts pour the melted chocolate or sprinkle with powdered sugar.
